He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything so I could understand it. He opened my last echo tests and showed me how things were measured. He also performed a thorough examination. He checked with me at the end of my appointment to make sure all the questions on my list were answered. He got right back to me regarding a reference for a rheumatologist before I even made it home. I was very happy with every aspect of my appointment.
