I had been seen at the Bartlett Immediate Care Center on 5/6 and was told I had rhinovirus (common cold) and to follow up if my symptoms persisted or worsened. I attempted to return there on the 16th but was able to walk in at the Bloomingdale facility which was my preference. I'm very glad I did!
